This is my first pregnancy which got confirmed today i am 4 weeks. But my question is that i am already swollen i cant fit into my pants anymore is this normal. Only one person has had twins in my family and thats my grandmother but she gave birth one time before she had the twins and my mom is one of those twins but she never had a set and my babys father mother had twins. Has any one other than me been over bloated like i am? scared about pregnancy; have some questions --Doctors Lounge(TM)::

when i first found out that i was pregnant i was about 5 weeks along and i gained weight and felt bloated... people even noticed that i was gaining weight but then quickly lost the weight i had put on. i felt very bloated and twins run in my family also.. there is a chance that i might be having twins right now (i just found out today) and i just started to show like a week ago.. I am only having the one baby and I was seriously bloated by the time I found I was pregnant at five weeks. I could really only wear yoga pants. By the time I was eight weeks, I had to buy maternity pants. I was just bloated, I didn't really start showing for real until I was about 20 weeks. Good luck to you!
could deffinetly be twins U LUCKY DEVIL!!!!>!...... unless you have more of an appetite than usual and have been eating for the whole family lol. this happened with my son and i couldnt fit into my usual clothes at week 8... but now im pregnant with bubba #2 .. currently 15wks and my normal clothes are falling off me because ive lost weight...
sounds like a good sign of twins or that you need to be careful what your eating. all women are different! be careful :) xx
