You may astonish to read a man behind a successful lady because you always read it in a reverse way. I have seen many successful women who did remarkable achievements in different fields in their lives because of a male support behind hers. In male dominant societies, especially if we consider most of asian countries where a woman can struggle more than ones expectation and imagination, in order to achieve her goal. I found that behind every successful woman is a man who gives her confidence and moral support. It may be in the form of fathers support or husband cooperative behaviour or guardians support. I have observed a vast difference in the behaviour and thinking pattern of the girls with friendly and supportive father than others with non supportive attitude of their fathers. I also observed that psychological support of girls from their fathers will only give them real confidence and beacuse of this support these girls can take bold decisions and tackle different problems in a better manner. If they get the same support and cooperation from their husbands then these girls can achieve their goals and successes very comfortably. The first step for the confidence of any girl lies behind her fathers supportive, cooperative and friendly behaviour. Father-daughter relationship is most important for a daughter to become bold and mentally strong. The further success of female lies behind her husbands supportive and loving attitude. The non-supportive behaviour of fathers with their daughters not only decline their confidence level but also suppress their decision making abilities.

After reading this article you may think that I emphasize on father-daughter relationship.Girls need similar supportive behaviour form their guardians or elders if their fathers are no more with them.
